Description
Polperro has to be one of the most visited fishing villages in the westcountry and justifiably so as it is also one of the prettiest with a rich fishing and smuggling history. Outside the picturesque harbour is a tiny beach that is only exposed at low tide and is popular with the local residents to give their dogs an opportunity to have a little run. The outer harbour is sheltered by the imposing rocks and is overlooked by the old fishermen’s net loft.
